Description	CD34, a single chain transmembrane glycoprotein is selectively expressed on human lymphoid and myeloid hematopoietic progenitor cells.

Purification	Protein G chromatography
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Add sterile distilled water to the vial to fully solubilize the antibody to a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml.
Storage and Stability	Store lyophilized antibody below 0C. Reconstituted antibody is stable at 2-4C for at least 2 years without detectable loss of activity or aliquotted and stored frozen at -20C for at least 3 years. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity	Reacts with human lymphoid and myeloid hematopoietic cells as well as vascular endothelial cells in normal tissues and in benign and malignant proliferations.
