Description	Mouse Anti-Human Fas Ligand Clone I-6060 monoclonal antibody. Fas is a 45 kDa cell surface protein that mediates apoptosis when cross-linked with agonistic anti-Fas antibodies or Fas ligand. FASLG is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-related type II membrane protein and is expressed in various tissue and cells. Both Fas and FASLG are thought to play an important role in the apoptosis processes that take place during T-cell development.
Formulation	Liquid in PBS, pH 7.2 + 50% glycerol + 1% BSA + 0.02% thimerosal. Precaution: Thimerosal is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
