Storage Conditions	Store at 2-8C.
Application Notes	Immediately prior to use, dilute this preparation to a concentration of 0.4-1.0 ug/ml in an appropriate buffer, and pipette 50 ul into each well of a microtiter plate. A suitable buffer is phosphate buffered saline supplemented with, 0.1-1.0% BSA. A preservative, such as 0.05% sodium azide, may also be included. The optimal antibody concentration should be determined for each specific application. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Formulation	Biotin conjugated liquid purified antibody in 0.1 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.5 + 0.5% BSA + 0.05% sodium azide. Caution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance. Handle with care and dispose of properly.

Purification	Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
