Description	Mouse Anti-human Megalin Clone CD7D5 monoclonal antibody. Megalin/gp330, an approx. 600 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein is a large cell surface receptor that mediates the binding and internalization of a number of structurally and functionally distinct ligands from the lipoprotein and protease:protease inhibitor families.

Immunogen	Purified human megalin
Purification	Protein G chromatography
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening . Add sterile distilled water to the vial to fully solubilize the antibody to a concentration > 0.5 mg/ml.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized antibody is stable at 2-4C for one month and for 1 year at -20C C. Reconstituted antibody is stable for six weeks at 2-4C in the presence of a preservative or in working aliquots at -20C to -80C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles .
