Description	Mouse Anti-human VEGFR3/FLT4 Clone 1 monoclonal antibody. VEGFR3/FLT4, belongs to the class III subfamily of receptor tyrosine kinases. VEGFR3/FLT4 mediates the angiogenic activity of VEGFC and VEGFD on lymphatic endothelial cells.

Immunogen	Recombinant human soluble VEGFR3 protein
Purification	Protein G affinity chromatography
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening . Add sterile distilled water to the vial to fully solubilize the antibody to a concentration > 0.5 mg/ml.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized antibody is stable for 1 month at 2-4C and for 1 year at -20C. Reconstituted antibody is stable for six weeks at 2-4C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles .
