Description	Rabbit Anti-Human BCL6 Affinity Purified polyclonal antibody. BCL6 encodes a protein of 706 amino acids with a predicted molecular weight of 79 kDa. The BCL6 protein has homology with zinc finger transcription factors. However, little is known about its functions.
Formulation	Liquid in PBS, pH 7.2 + 30% glycerol + 0.5% BSA + 0.01% thimerosal. Precaution: Thimerosal is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Immunogen	Synthetic peptide mapping to amino acid residues near the C-terminus of human BCL6.
Purification	Biospecific affinity chromatography
Specificity	Detects 80-100 kDa BCL6 of human, mouse, and rat origins.
