Rabbit Anti-Human IGF-II pAb

Neutralization:To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of human IGF2 (10 ng/ml), a concentration of 3.1 4.6 mg/ml of this antibody is required. ELISA:To detect human IGF2 by direct ELISA (using 100 il/well antibody solution) a concentration of at least 0.5 ig/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant human IGF2. Western Blot:To detect human IGF2 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 ig/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant human IGF2 is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

A sterile filtered antibody solution (1 mg/ml) was lyophilized from 0.5X PBS, pH 7.2.

Purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized human IGF2 matrix.

Antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20C. The antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4C when reconstituted.
