Purification	Protein A/G affinity chromatography
Storage and Stability	Store at 2-4C. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Further dilutions should be made in buffered solution containing a carrier protein, such as 0.1-1.0% BSA. A preservative such as 0.1% sodium azide may also be included. Please note that the addition of any carrier protein into this product may produce unwanted endotoxin. This depends upon the particular application employed. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles .
