Purification	Biospecific affinity chromatography
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening . Add sterile PBS or distilled water to the vial to fully solubilize the antibody to a concentration > 0.5 mg/ml.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized antibody is stable for 1 month at 2-4C and for 1 year at -20C. Reconstituted antibody is stable for six weeks at 2-4C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles .
