Description	IL-1 refers to two proteins, IL-1alpha and IL-1beta which are the products of distinct genes, but which are recognized by the same cell surface receptors. IL-1alpha is a potent immuno-modulator which mediates a wide range of immune and inflammatory responses. The 364-3B3-14 antibody reacts with human interleukin-1alpha (IL-1alpha). The 364-3B3-14 antibody is a non-neutralizing antibody.
Formulation	Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Immunogen	Recombinant human IL-1alpha
Purification	The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.
Concentration	0.5 mg/ml
