Description	NTAL is a transmembrane adaptor protein with an apparent molecular weight of 30 kD expressed on B cells, NK cells, and myeloid cells. The NTAL is a transmembrane adaptor protein found in lipid raft microdomains that participates in B cell activation. NTAL interacts with a variety of proteins including Grb2, PLC gamma 2, and PLC gamma 1. The NAP-07 monoclonal antibody reacts with human and mouse NTAL and has been shown to be useful for Western blot.
Formulation	This antibody is provided in phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Immunogen	Peptide corresponding to a.a. 91-244 of human NTAL
Purification	The antibody was purified by protein G affinity chromatography
Concentration	0.5 mg/ml
