Description	Human Type 1 IGF Receptor monoclonal antibody enhances IGF-I binding to the Type 1 IGF Receptor of 3T3 cells, and IGF-I stimulation of 3H-thymidine and 2-deoxyglucose uptake in these cells. This antibody enhances binding of the 125I-IGF binding to IGFR/3T3 cells and stimulates IGF-mediated [3H]-thymidine incorporation. This human Type 1 IGF Receptor monoclonal antibody recognizes an epitope located within amino acids 283-440 or 586-908 of the extracellular domain of the human Type 1 IGF Receptor.

Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in 200 ul PBS, pH 7.4.
Specificity	Recognizes an epitope within amino acids 283-440 or 586-908 of the extracellular portion of the human Type 1 IGF Receptor. No reactivity with the human insulin receptor
