Storage Conditions	Store at +4 C for 12 months. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light.
Formulation	The purified antibody is conjugated with Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) under optimum conditions. The reagent is free of unconjugated FITC and adjusted for direct use. No reconstitution is necessary. Storage Buffer: PBS containing BSA and 15 mM sodium azide (pH 7.4) Suitable for 100 tests. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Specificity	The antibody recognizes a conformationally-dependent epitope of CD8 antigen (does not react with formaldehyde-fixed cells, negative in Western blot application). Immunogen: Crude thymus membrane fraction.
