Description	Mouse Monoclonal Antibody against Human Lewis b Antigen, Clone 2-25LE. The Lewis histo-blood group system comprises a set of fucosylated glycosphingolipids that are synthesized by exocrine epithelial cells and circulate in body fluids. The glycosphingolipids function in embryogenesis, tissue differentiation, tumor metastasis, inflammation, and bacterial adhesion. They are secondarily absorbed to red blood cells giving rise to their Lewis phenotype.
Formulation	100 ug purified material in PBS with 0.05% sodium azide. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Immunogen	Mucin isolated from an ovarian cyst fluid (pure endocervical type according to the Fenoglio's classification).
Concentration	100 ug/ml
