Storage Conditions
Lyophilized product should be stored at 4C. Store stock solution in aliquots at -20C. Repeated freeze and thaw cycles will cause loss of activity. Under recommended storage conditions, product is stable for one year.
Application Notes
For immunohistology dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users test the reagent and determine their own optimal dilutions. The typical starting working dilution is 1:10.
Description
Monoclonal antibody binds natural and recombinant human gamma Interferon. Cross-reactivity with other cytokines has not been found. The antibody does not react with rodent interferons or with alpha or beta interferons.
Formulation
Lyophilized product in PBS, containing 100 ug antibody. Reconstitute the vial by injection of 0.5 ml distilled or de-ionized water (Caution: vial is under vacuum).
