Application Notes	Recommended dilution for immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:100
Description	The mAb 4C6-H8 reacts with Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha. It reacts on paraffin sections with macrophages, in which the cytoplasma is stained. Some keratinocytes are also positive (tonsils). Source: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with synthetic TNF-alpha 115-130 hexadecapeptide linked carrier. Splenocytes were fused with SP-2/0 Ag14 mouse myeloma cells.
Formulation	100 ug purified material in PBS with 0.05% sodium azide. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Concentration	100 ug/ml
