Description	J2D10 reacts with human Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha and not with mouse TNF-alpha. This antibody neutralises Hu-rTNFa-mediated cytotoxicity of L929 cells and inhibits tumour growth in mice. It protects mice against toxicity of Hu-rTNFa. Source: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with human rTNF-alpha. Splenocytes were fused with NS1 mouse myeloma cells.
Formulation	100 ug purified material in PBS with 0.05% sodium azide. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Concentration	100 ug/ml
