Manufacturer - Applications	Characterized for radioimmunoassay. At a dilution of 1:60, 000, the product binds 15-20% of [125I] human IGF-I tracer. Half-maximal inhibition (ED50) of the radioligand binding is produced by 1.1 ng of human IGF-I. The optimal concentration should be determined by the user for each specific application.
Storage Conditions	The lyophilized form of the product is stable for 2 years at 2-4C. Once product is reconstituted, store at -20C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Cross-Reactivity	Cross-reactivity with rat IGF-I is 25%. Cross-reactivity with chicken IGF-I is 70%. Less than 1% cross-reactivity with human IGF-II.
Formulation	Lyophilized.
Immunogen	An immunogenic analog of human IGF-I
Reconstitution	Reconstitute antibody with a suitable buffer solution to desired concentration dependent on application.
