Rabbit Anti-Human Collagen cocktail (types 1-5) pAb

Antibodies to human colagen types I-V are raised in rabbits, numerously immunized with extensively purified native collagen type I, II, III, IV and V, Pooled antisera are passed over DEAE-cellulose to produce IgG-enriched fraction, which is further subject to absorption with immobilized total human serum proteins in order to remove non-specific antibodies. Antisera to specific collagen types were blended so to achieve equal reaction to any of the collagen types used. Specificity was ascertained by ELISA and dot-blotting. Characteristic immunostaining pictures of frozen sections of human kidney, liver, skin and heart are produced to certify batch quality.

Extensively purified native collagen type I, II, III, IV and V

Centrifuge vial prior to opening . Reconstitute with sterile distilled water and add preservative if desired.
