Storage Conditions	Lyophilized product is stable for at least one year at 4C. After reconstitution, the contents can be safely stored at 4C for one month or for one year at -20C. Add 0.02% sodiumazide to prevent bacterial growth. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Application Notes	The concentration of protein was determined by UV280/1.4 .
Formulation	Prior to lyophilization: 0.5 ml PBS + 125 mM trehalose.
Purification	Ion exchange chromatography.
Reconstitution	Dissolve the contents of the vial by injection of 0.5 ml sterile distilled water.
Specificity	Binds with similar affinity to natural human rhesus macaque, Japanese macaque and baboon IL-6.
