Description	Mouse Anti-Monkey CD3 Clone FN-18 FITC mAb. The monoclonal antibody was produced, in vitro, using serum-free medium.
Formulation	Lyophilized 0.2 um membrane filtered solution in 0.5 ml PBS + 1% BSA + 125 mM Trehalose.
Immunogen	Rhesus Macaque PBLs.
Purification	Ion exchange chromatography
Reconstitution	Dissolve the contents of the vial by injection of 0.5 ml sterile distilled water. Working dilution: 10x in PBS + 1% BSA
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized product is stable for one year at 2-4C. After reconstitution, contents can be safely stored at 2-4C for one month or for one year at -20C. Add 0.02% Sodium Azide to prevent bacterial growth. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
