Application Notes	For Western Blot, use a working dilution of 1:100-1:1, 000.The optimal concentration should be determined by the user for each specific application.
Description	This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a rat) immunized with recombinant mouse EphA3 extracellular domain. IgG2 fraction of the culture supernatant was purified by Protein A/G affinity chromatography.
Formulation	The antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant by affinity chromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS).

Purification	Protein A/G affinity chromatography
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute the antibody with 500 ul sterile water and the final concentration is 200ug/ml. Reconstituted antibody can be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20 for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity.
Storage and Stability	Store lyophilized antibody at -80C. Reconstituted antibody is stable for 6 months in working aliquots at -80C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity	This antibody was selected for its ability to detect mouse EphA3 in western blots. In this format, this antibody does not cross-react with recombinant mouse EphA2, EphA6, EphA4, EphA7, EphA8 and EphB2, EphB3, EphB6.
