Description	Connective Tissue Growth Factor (CTGF) is a 38 kDa, cysteine rich, secreted peptide. It is a new member of the peptide family that includes serum-induced immediate early gene products, a v-src-induced peptide, and a putative proto-oncogene. Among the many functions of the CTGF gene family are embryogenesis, wound healing, and regulation of extracellular matrix production.
Formulation	Lyophilized with 0.05% Sodium Azide. Precaution: Sodium Azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Immunogen	Recombinant Mouse CTGF (aa 223-348)
Purification	Protein A purified
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Add 200 ul sterile distilled water to the vial to fully solubilize the antibody to a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml.
Storage and Stability	Store at 2-4C for short term storage or in working aliquots at -20C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
