Storage Conditions	The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 C. This LE/NA solution contains no preservative, handle under aseptic conditions.
Description	IL-1 refers to two proteins, IL-1alpha and IL-1beta which are the products of distinct genes, but which are recognized by the same cell surface receptors. IL-1beta is a potent immuno-modulator which mediates a wide range of immune and inflammatory responses including the activation of B and T cells. The B122 antibody reacts with the precursor and mature secreted forms of mouse IL-1beta. This antibody also recognizes rat IL-1beta. The B122 antibody can neutralize the bioactivity of natural or recombinant IL-1beta.
Formulation	Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing no preservative. 0.2 um filter sterilized. Endotoxin level is < 0.1 EU/ug of the protein (< 0.01 ng/ug of the protein) as determined by the LAL test.
Immunogen	E. coli, -expressed, recombinant mouse IL-1beta
Purification	The LE/NA (Low Endotoxin, Azide-Free) antibody was Purified by affinity chromatography.
Concentration	1.0 mg/ml
