Application Notes	The MG3-35 immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype-matched control (for the relevant formats) for Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, functional assay, immunofleorescence microscopy, immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescent staining (surface or intracellular) for flow cytometric analysis. This purified antibody (Endotoxin <0.1 EU/ig, Azide-Free, 0.2 im sterile-filtered) is recommended for functional assays as negative control
Description	Mouse IgG3 kappa Isotype Control Clone MG3-35 Low Endotoxin Azide Free mAb. The isotype of MG3-35 immunoglobulin is mouse IgG3, e. This antibody was chosen as an isotype control after screening on a variety of resting, activated, live, and fixed mouse, rat and human tissues.
Formulation	Liquid in PBS, pH 7.2 containing no preservatives. 0.2 um filter sterilized. Endotoxin level is < 0.1 EU/ug.
