Storage Conditions	Store antibody at 4C. Under recommended storage conditions, product is stable for one year.
Application Notes	For Western blotting dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users test the reagent and determine their own optimal dilutions. The typical starting working dilution is 1:10. Western blotting can be performed using standard procedures. Blocking should be performed with 1 - 1.5% bovines serum albumin (for phosphotyrosine blotting never use non-fat dry milk or other).
Formulation	1 ml (100 mg/ml) 0.2 um filtered antibody solution in PBS, containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.2% sodium azide.Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Specificity	This highly specific monoclonal antibody reacts with phosphotyrosine. It does not cross react with phosphoserine or phosphothreonine.
Concentration	100 ug/ml
