Cross-Reactivity	There is no cross-reactivity with other MMP family members. Cross-reactivity to MMP-9 of other species has not been determined.
Description	This antibody detects MMP-9. MMP-9 is a 92 kDa type IV collagenase, and contains propeptide, catalytic, and hemopexin domains.
Formulation	Lyophilized with 0.1% sodium azide. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Immunogen	Recombinant active rat 92-kDa type IV collagenase (catalytic domain)
Purification	Protein A purified
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute to 1 mg/ml by adding 200 ul sterile water.
Storage and Stability	Store at 2-4C for short term storage. For long term storage, aliquots and store at -20C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
