Manufacturer - Applications	Radio immunoassay and immunoblotting At a dilution of 1:60, 000, the antiserum binds 25% of fresh [125I] rat IGF-I tracer (80 Ci/g). Half-maximal inhibition (ED50) of radioligand binding is produced by <0.2 ng of rat IGF-I. The optimal concentration should be determined by the user for each specific application.
Storage Conditions	Lyophilized product is stable for at least 2 years when stored at 2-4C. After reconstituting according to the above directions, store at -20C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Cross-Reactivity	<0.05% cross-reactivity with recombinant human and chicken IGF-I. No cross-reactivity with recombinant human and rat IGF-II.
