Reconstitution	PAT2 (for RIA): Dissolve the vial contents in 250 ul RIA buffer (30 mM sodium phosphate pH 7.5 containing 10 mM EDTA, 0.2 g/l protamine sulphate, 0.5 ml Tween 20, 0.25 g/l sodium azide) to give an antiserum stock of 1/50. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Specificity	As determined by RIA, using PAT2: 100% rat and mouse IGF-I <0.05% human IGF-I, chicken IGF-I 0% rat IGF-II, human IGF-II
