Storage Conditions
Lyophilized antibodies are stable at least 2 years. After reconstitution with 5 0ul of distilled water and 50 ul of glycerol, the aliquot can be repeated freeze (up to five times).

Using a conjugate Homocysteic Acid-Glutaraldehyde-BSA, antibody specificity was performed with an ELISA test by competition experiments with the following compounds: Compounds, Cross-reactivity ratio (a), Homocysteic acid-G-BSA, 1, L-Glutamate-G-BSA, 1/>1, 000, L-Aspartate-G-BSA, 1/>1, 000, (a): Homocysteic acid-G-BSA concentration/Conjugated amino acid concentration at half displacement. G = Glutaraldehyde, BSA = Bovine Serum Albumin
