Description	Recombinant human TNFSF18 with His Tag contains 125 amino acid residues of human TNFSF18 and 14 additional amino acid residues-His Tag. The amino acid sequence of recombinant human TNFSF18 is homologous to the extracellular domain of human TNF18, Thr53-Ser177.

Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening . Add 0.2 ml of 0.1 M acetate buffer, pH 4.0 to the vial to fully solubilize the protein. For conversion into higher pH value, we recommend intensive dilution by relevant buffer to a concentration of 10 ug/ml. In higher concentrations the solubility of this antigen is limited.
Storage and Stability	Store lyophilized protein at -20C to -80C. Reconstituted protein is stable for 1 week at 2-4C. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C with a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) as a stabilizer. Please note that the addition of any carrier protein into this product may produce unwanted endotoxin. This depends upon the particular application employed. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles .
