Reconstitution
Centrifuge vial prior to opening . Add sterile distilled water to the vial to fully solubilize the protein to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.
Biological Activity
Determined by its ability to chemoattract activated lymphocytes using a concentration of 1.0-100 ng/ml.
Endotoxin Level
< 0.1 ng/ug of CXCL16
