Recombinant Human DNAL4 T7

Store at -80C. As with any protein, exposing DNAL4 recombinant protein to repeated freeze/thaw cycles is not recommended. When working with proteins care should be taken to keep recombinant protein at a cool and stable temperature. During shipment, small volumes of DNAL4 recombinant protein will occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial. For products with volumes of 200 uL or less, we recommend gently tapping the vial on a hard surface or briefly centrifuging the vial in a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container’s cap.

Force generating protein of respiratory cilia. Produces force towards the minus ends of microtubules. DNAL4 is a component of the dynein motor complex.
