Storage Conditions	Store lyophilized protein at -20C to -80C. Reconstituted protein is stable for 1 week, at 2-4C. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C with a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) as a stabilizer. Please note that the addition of any carrier protein into this product may produce unwanted endotoxin. This depends upon the particular application employed. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles .

Description	Recombinant human GHRH is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 29 amino acids. Corresponds to the amino-terminal segment of the naturally occurring human growth hormone-releasing hormone consisting of 44 amino acid residues.

Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening . Add sterile distilled water to the vial to fully solubilize the protein to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.
Biological Activity	Fully biologically active, increases plasma growth hormone concentrations by directly stimulating the anterior pituitary gland to release natural human growth hormone.
Endotoxin Level	< 0.1 ng/ug of GHRH
