Storage Conditions	Store lyophilized protein at -20C to -80C. Reconstituted protein is stable for 1 week at 2-4C. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C with a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) as a stabilizer. Please note that the addition of any carrier protein into this product may produce unwanted endotoxin. This depends upon the particular application employed. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles .

Description	Recombinant Human PLGF2 is a homodimer containing 2 x 153 amino acids. Each polypeptide has a mass of 18 kDa and the molecular weight of the dimer is 36 kDa.
Formulation	Lyophilized from a sterile filtered solution without additives
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening . First add sterile 20 mM AcOH (acetic acid) to the vial to fully solubilize the protein to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 ug/ml. After complete solubilization of the protein, it can be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Biological Activity	The PLFG2 is fully biologically active when compared with standards. Recombinant human PLGF2 can bind to immobilized rh-sFlt-1 (100 ng/well) with linear range at 0.3-10 ng/ml.
Endotoxin Level	< 0.1 ng/ug of PLGF2
