Description	Recombinant Human TNF-RII contains 174 amino acid residues comprising the extracellular domain of TNF.
Formulation	Lyophilized from 10 mM Tris, pH 8.0 + 50 mM NaCl
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening . First add sterile distilled water to the vial to fully solubilize the protein to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. After complete solubilization of the protein, it can be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Specificity	8 x 106 units/mg
Biological Activity	Determined by its inhibitory effect of the TNF-alpha mediated cytotoxicity in mouse L929 cells. The ED50 for the effect, in the presence of 0.25 ng/ml of recombinant human TNF-alpha is 0.125 mg/ml.
Endotoxin Level	< 0.1 ng/ug of TNF-RII
