Description	Recombinant human Hemofiltrate CC Chemokine 1 contains 72 amino acids. HCC-1 has a 46% amino acid sequence identity with MIP1a/MIP1b and 29% homology with other CC chemokines.
Formulation	Lyophilized without additives
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening . First add sterile distilled water to the vial to fully solubilize the protein to a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml. Further dilutions should be made into buffer containing protein or medium containing serum.
Specificity	1 x 104 units/mg
Biological Activity	Determined by a chemotaxis assay using human monocytes. The maximum activity was achieved at 5.0-20.0 ng/ml. Human HCC-1 is fully biologically active when compared to standards.
Endotoxin Level	< 0.1 ng/ug of HCC-1
