Description	Recombinant human full length MAP3K11, GST-tagged. Activated in vitro via auto-phosphorylation. MAP3K11 is a serine/threonine kinase that activates both the p38 MAP kinase and c-Jun kinase pathways.
Formulation	Liquid in 50 mM Tris, pH 7.5 + 150 mM NaCl + 0.5 mM EDTA + 0.02% Triton X-100 + 2 mM DTT + 50% glycerol
Specificity	43 nmole of phosphate transferred to myelin basic protein (MBP) per minute per mg of total protein at 30C. Activity determined at a final protein concentration of 8.33 ug/ml.
