Description	Recombinant Mouse interleukin-10 is a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 161 amino acids.
Formulation	Lyophilized from a 0.2 um sterile filtered solution of PBS pH 7.4.
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Add sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.
Biological Activity	Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED50, as determined by the dose-dependent co-stimulation (with IL-4) of the proliferation of mouse MC/9 cells, was found to be < 2 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of > 5 x 105 units/mg.
Endotoxin Level	Less than 1EU/ug of rMuIL-10 as determined by LAL method.
