Description	Recombinant Rat Receptor Associated Protein is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain. The Recombinant Rat RAP contains 6x His tag and 1xC-myc.
Endotoxin Level	Less than 0.1 ng/ug (1 EU/ug) of Rat RAP.
Formulation	Recombinant RAP, at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, was lyophilized from a sterile solution containing TBS, pH 7.5 + 0.1% BSA + 0.09% NaN3. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.

Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening . First add sterile distilled water to the vial to fully solubilize the protein to a concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. After complete solubilization of the protein, it can be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Storage and Stability	Store lyophilized protein at -20C to -80C. Reconstituted protein is stable for 1 week at 2-4C. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C with a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) as a stabilizer. Please note that the addition of any carrier protein into this product may produce unwanted endotoxin. This depends upon the particular application employed. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles .
