Short Description	ELISA kit designed to detect and measure mouse IgE antibodies against ovalbumin (OVA), an antigen commonly used in mouse models of allergic diseases, in mouse serum samples. Mouse serum samples can contain various types of anti-OVA antibodies, therefore this kit utilizes a capture antibody that is specific for IgEa and IgEb antibodies. The capture antibody (Clone 77-1) does not cross react with any other mouse immunoglobulin subtypes (IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, or IgM).
