Manufacturer - Applications	The biological activity of Human VEGF was determined by thedose-dependent stimulation of the proliferation of human umbilical veinendothelial cells (HUVEC) using a concentration range of 1.0- 8.0ng/ml. Eachlaboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in itsparticular application. Other applications have not been tested but use insuch assays should not necessarily be excluded.
Storage Conditions	The lyophilized product is stable for a few weeks at roomtemperature, but best stored at –20°C. After reconstitution, aliquot andstore at –20°C.

Human VEGF is a 38.2kDa homodimeric protein consisting of two165 amino acid polypeptide chains.
