Description	Recombinant Biotinylated Human CX3CR1 Protein-Nanodisc is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-terminus.It contains Met1-Leu355.
Background	CX3CR1, also known as G-protein coupled receptor 13, is a receptor of CX3CL1. It is primarily expressed on monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, T cells, and natural killer cells. The binding of CX3CL1 to CX3CR1 induces the activation of heterotrimeric G proteins associated with this receptor. In addition, it triggers the signal pathways of MAPK and AKT, which play essential roles in tumour biology.
Endotoxin	Less than 1 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Formulation	Supplied as 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Notice: Not recommended for flow cytometry in mammalian cells.
