B36 (anti-h Apo B)

B36 is a mouse monoclonal antibody, IgG1 class, developed against h apolipoprotein B. It is prepared from mouse ascites by affinity chromatography, and supplied as a liquid in PBS. The concentration varies with manufacturing lot. It contains no preservative.
B36 is effective at concentrations of 0.3-1ug/ml in microplate based ELISAs and in Western Blots designed to monitor Apo B. Specific assay conditions are available upon request.
Short term storage should be done at 4C. Long term storage should be completed at -60C. Repeated cycles of freezing and thawing should be avoided.
