Blood Genomic DNA Extraction Mini Kit (100prep), (With Proteinase K Powder, for wide applications and simple procedure)

Store at room temperature (15~ 25 C) for 2 year. Except Proteinase K Powder, store at 4C.

1. Buffers provided in this system contain irritants. Wear gloves and lab coat
when handling these buffers.
2. Store proteinase K tube at -20 C. Before first use, add required volume of
sterile ddH2O to Proteinase K tube to make a 10 mg/ml stock solution.
Vortex and make sure that Proteinase K has been completely dissolved.
Store the stock solution at 4 C.
3. Add required volume of ethanol (96- 100 %) to W1 Buffer and Wash Buffer
when first use.
4. Preheat a dry bath or water bath to 60 C before the operation.
5. All centrifuge steps are done at full speed (~18, 000 x g) in a microcentrifuge.
