Background	SUMO 2 functions in a manner similar to ubiquitin in that it is bound to target proteins as part of a post-translational modification system. However, unlike ubiquitin, which targets proteins for degradation, SUMO2 is involved in a variety of cellular processes, such as nuclear transport, transcriptional regulation, apoptosis, and protein stability
Highlights	Pre-configured ELISA kit in sandwich assay format. Dynamic Assay Range: 200pg/ml - 60ng/ml. Sensitivity: 155pg/ml. Standard peptide concentration: 64ng/ml Rapid and simple ELISA Protocol: Requires one 60 min incubation period at 37C. Samples are mixed with biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP prior to addition to the plate. Available in 48T and 96T formats
