Description	THE™ alpha Tubulin Antibody [HRP], mAb, Mouse, is HRP conjugated to THE™ alpha Tubulin Antibody [HRP], mAb, Mouse (Cat. No. A01410) purified from mouse ascites by protein A affinity column. The product is a specific and useful tool in studying proper interpretation of western blots.
Fusion Partner	Spleen cells were fused with SP2/0-Ag14 mouse myeloma cells.
Immunogen	KLH-coupled synthetic peptide within residues 400-450 of human alpha-tubulin (Swiss Prot: P68363).
Reconstitution	Reconstitute the lyophilized powder with deionized water (or equivalent) to an final concentration of 0.5 mg/ml.
