Description	MOG (Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein) is a minor component of the myelin sheath and is implicated in completion and maintenance of the myelin sheath and in cell-cell communication. It is found on the surface of myelinating oligodendrocytes and external lamellae of myelin sheaths in the central nervous system. GenScript, MOG Antibody, pAb, Rabbit, is developed in rabbit using a KLH-coupled synthetic peptide within residues 50-100 of human MOG (Swiss Prot: Q16653).
