A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human Prostaglandin E Synthase 3 was used as an immunogen.

WB: 1:10 000 - 50 000ICC: 1:100 - 250IP: 1:50. Prostaglandin E synthase-3 belongs to p23/wos2 family. It is ubiquitously expressed. As one of the two isoforms of the terminal enzymes catalyzing the final step of EG2 biosynthesis prostaglandin E synthase-3 predominantly converts COX-1-derived PGH2 to PGE2 (1). It is an evolutionarily conserved protein that functions as a component of the Hsp90-based molecular chaperone complex (2). It binds to telomerase and to the progesterone receptor (3). It localizes to genomic response elements in a hormone-dependent manner and represses receptor-mediated transcriptional activation by promoting disassembly of transcriptional regulatory complexes (4). 1.
