Specificity Note:	This product recognises feline coronavirus and feline infectious peritonitis virus (FIPV). Feline coronavirus is a common infection of cats worldwide which may or may not cause a mild respiratory infection. Mutation of this virus into FIPV however is responsible for the fatal condition known as effusive or non-effusive feline infectious peritonitis (FIP). This product can be used as a detection reagent in ELISA assays in combination with as capture reagent.
Preparation:	Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein A from tissue culture supernatant
